The hotel lacks basic cleanliness, with dirty showers and pillows, and towels not being changed.

During my recent stay at Crown Palace, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the shower and the comfortable pillows. The towels were fresh and didn't have any stains, which made me feel at ease. I also appreciated that the AC kept the room cool without any issues. The noise level was minimal, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep. I had a satisfactory experience and would recommend this hotel.
